Veeco offers a broad range of Service and Support Programs:

Production Support Plan (PSP)

Veeco's Production Support Plan is a twelve (12) month in-depth service package that ensures maximum availability for Veeco systems at a reasonable and predicted monthly cost.   Tailored to your individual system configuration and overall operating schedule, it covers regularly scheduled preventative maintenance checks, repair service on a rapid-response, high-priority basis during contracted coverage hours, replacement parts and travel expenses.

Engineer-on-Site Plan (EOS)

Veeco's On-Site Equipment Service Program is designed to provide you with Veeco's service expertise on a full-time basis (8 hours per day, Monday through Friday) or as contracted for.  This service is performed by factory-trained Service Engineers who reside at your site and provide immediate service on your Veeco equipment, to maximize system uptime.  Customers with demanding production schedules that need to maximize system availability and minimize production downtime require immediate, dedicated, resident on-site repair service.

Extended Warranty Plan (EWP)

Optimum performance depends upon the overall care of your Veeco equipment, especially when it comes to maintaining operational stability, high throughput and maximum uptime.  Veeco's Extended Warranty Program extends the standard warranty with the flexibility to meet your specific needs.

Strategically Located Replacement Parts Depots 

Veeco's comprehensive list of consumable and non-consumable spare parts are stocked worldwide at strategically located local parts depots to reach your sites in the quickest time.  Assemblies and subassemblies are replaced on an exchange basis whenever possible.  Availability of localized inventory is an additional contract benefit, thus reducing shipping delays and repair time on your system and allowing you to attain the most cost-effective utilization of your Veeco equipment.

Upgrades/Productivity Improvements

System upgrades are available to reduce your cost of ownership and provide higher productivity through increased tool uptime.  At the same time, you can reduce downtime and process development cycle time.

Customize Training Programs/Technology Support

Located in Shanghai, China, our Training Center (CTC) is committed to providing you with the industry's best training on our MOCVD hardware, software and process.  Our state-of-the-art facility features fully equipped classrooms and a TurboDisc® K465i MOCVD System for hands-on training.  The CTC is fully staffed by local, highly trained Veeco instructors and offers a full schedule of training classes.

Located in Hsinchu Park, Taiwan, our Taiwan Technology Center (TTC) is fully equipped and ready to conduct process demonstrations, arrange rapid start programs to transfer best known methods, provide early access to evaluate system upgrades and support joint technology development programs.
