The Veeco SMC-II Series Growth Stage Positioner (GSP) is used with Veeco manipulators to provide very precise, repeatable closed-loop motion control of substrate position and rotation utilizing optically encoded position feedback. Control of substrate-control operations can be performed via automated remote communication or local manual control. Through easy integration with growth control software, the GSP can function unattended.
