Deli Optoelectronics Selects Veeco MOCVD Systems for New LED Manufacturing Facility

PLAINVIEW, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 2012-- Veeco Instruments Inc. (Nasdaq: VECO) announced today that Guangdong Deli Optoelectronics Co., Ltd, a newly formed and privately held company located in the high tech development zone of Jiangmen, Guangdong, has ordered multiple TurboDisc® K465i™ Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) Systems to support its high brightness light emitting diode (HB LED) manufacturing ramp.
