The new TurboDisc K300 GaN MOCVD System is the only fully automated, "future-proof" MOCVD platform available on the market today for the production of GaN-based materials for production of blue and green LEDs and blue lasers. It features Veeco's unique TurboDisc® technology for excellent production yields, the production-proven GaNzilla II reactor plus a platform enabling HB-LED manufacturers simple and cost effective future performance upgrades. The system's reconfigurable reactor and source modules are specifically designed to accommodate future reactor technologies. It also features the industry's only fully automated transfer system for high throughput and a 4-port expansion-ready hub for potential future multi-module processing and measurement modules.
